Good grief, it's been that long!

Yeah, it has, and I've been up to my eyeballs in edits. I'm down to the last chapter and then I'll be able to mark up the manuscript with my changes to get it back to Mme. Editrix before the weekend.

Dang, this has been a process and a half.
